Return Policy for Damaged Items
At LOUNGE LA, we strive to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in rare cases of transit damage, the following steps must be followed:
For Small Parcel Deliveries (FedEx, UPS, etc.):
•Inspect the item(s) upon delivery.
•If damage is visible, refuse delivery and contact our customer support immediately for assistance with a replacement.
For Freight Deliveries (e.g., Road-Runner, Metropolitan, UBER Freight):
•Inspect the item(s) upon arrival.
•Note “Damaged Upon Arrival” on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment.
•Contact our customer support team immediately so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.
Important:
•Customers are responsible for inspecting and documenting any damage at the time of delivery, including photos.
•If the item is accepted and later found to be damaged, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
•LOUNGE LA reserves the right to repair damaged items instead of offering a return or replacement.
Returns and Exchanges
LOUNGE LA is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process:
Eligibility:
•Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unassembled.
•Include all original packaging, materials, and accessories.
•Bedding, textiles, clearance items, and “Special Order” items are non-returnable.
Process:
•Contact customer support within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
•Once approved, items must be shipped back insured for the purchase price.
Costs:
•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
•If free shipping or discounts were applied to the original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
•Refunds will be issued after the returned item is inspected and deemed in like-new condition.
Shipping Damage for Returns
If an item is returned with shipping damage, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping provider. We recommend insuring all returns for the item’s purchase price.
International Returns
We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the United States.
